Sukrin is produced through a natural fermentation process. A small amount of steviol glycosides is added to the Erythritol to make Sukrin:1 just as sweet as sugar.
Sukrin:1 has a pure, naturally sweet taste, looks just like sugar, and has the consistency of sugar. It is as sweet as regular sugar and can generally be used in the same amounts.
