In our fruit spread, we use only the finest forest berries and the delicate sweetness of Sukrin instead of conventional sugar, achieving a uniquely high fruit content of 80% with full sweetness.
Due to the absence of sugar, fruit juice may settle over time. Please simply stir your fruit spread occasionally to make it perfectly spreadable again.

Why fruit spread, not jam?
In general, jellies, jams, or fruit spreads are collectively referred to as "marmalade." But why is our "jam" actually a fruit spread? The answer lies in the Jam Regulation, where the respective compositions and fruit percentages, as well as a sugar content of at least 55%, are precisely regulated. Spreads made from fruits sweetened with alternative sweeteners such as agave syrup or, in our case, Erythritol+Stevia, do not fall under the Jam Regulation. Therefore, once no sugar is added, these fruit products can no longer be called jam, jelly, or preserves and are thus named fruit spread.
